Privacy Policy

Portretti is operated by BuildTime, LLC, 1604 Philadelphia Pike, PMB 284, Wilmington, Delaware 19809, United States (“Portretti”, “we”, “us”). We create custom portrait artwork from photos you upload and deliver it printed on canvas.

Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and the details of what you ordered.

Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card.

Your photos: the reference photo(s) you upload so we can create your portrait, and the portrait artwork we generate from them.

Usage data: standard analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, which help us understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your photos are used for one purpose: creating your portrait. They are shared only with the trusted processing partners that power our artwork pipeline and with our print partner, who needs the final artwork to produce your canvas.

We delete your uploaded photos and generated artwork within 90 days of order completion. We never sell your photos or use them to train AI models, and we never use them for marketing unless you have given us your explicit permission for that specific image.

We share the minimum needed with: Stripe (payment), our print and shipping partner (name, address, and artwork — to produce and deliver your canvas), our email provider (order notifications), and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

Order records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes. Photos follow the 90-day deletion policy above. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing orders@portretti.com. We respond within 30 days.

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
