What will my portrait look like?
A personalized portrait with the look of an oil painting, printed as a poster or on canvas. We create the artwork digitally using AI and refine it with your feedback. It is a print, not a hand-painted oil painting.
Can I use an old photo?
Yes, including black-and-white or time-worn photos. Share what you have with your editor. The detail available in the photo will affect what we can recreate.
When do I upload my photos?
After checkout, you can upload your photos in your private studio and tell your editor what you have in mind.
Will I work with a real person?
Yes. You have a private conversation with your personal editor, who reviews your requests and helps refine your portrait.
What can I change?
Ask to change clothing, colors, expressions, poses, the setting or individual objects. You can also switch styles or reference photos while working with your editor, before approving the artwork.
What if I want more changes?
Your order includes up to 10 revision rounds, with 20 portrait options in total. Tell your editor what needs adjusting. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
When will my portrait arrive?
Delivery within the US is free and takes 2–5 days after you approve the artwork for printing. Creating and reviewing your portrait happens before that delivery window begins.
Can I cancel before printing?
Yes. Before you approve the artwork, we refund everything you paid above $39. The $39 is what starts your portrait: your editor, your proofs and your digital file, which stays yours either way. After your approval, your custom print goes into production.
