Terms of Service

Portretti (operated by BuildTime, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware) creates custom portrait artwork from photos you provide and delivers it printed on gallery canvas. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Every order runs through your private studio thread: your painter delivers proofs, you respond, and unlimited revision rounds are included until the portrait feels right. Your canvas is sent to production only after you approve the artwork.

If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — printing defects, frame damage, loose canvas, missing hanging hardware, or the wrong order — we will replace it free of charge or refund you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Before you approve:you may cancel for a full refund at any time, no questions asked — just write to your painter in your studio thread and we'll issue it. After you approve: because each portrait is custom-made and printed only on your approval, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for issues visible in the proof you approved; damaged or defective deliveries are always replaced as described above.

You confirm that you own the photos you upload (or have permission to use them) and that any people shown have consented. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or explicit content; we may decline and refund any order at our discretion.

You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to create and deliver your order. The finished portrait is yours for personal use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
