Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on every order, to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Your canvas is produced in the United States and ships domestically — no customs, no surprise fees.

Custom art takes a moment to make well. A typical order:

1. Portrait creation — your painter delivers the first proof within 1 business day of receiving your photo and brief.
2. Your approval — as many revision rounds as it takes; nothing prints until you approve the artwork.
3. Production — your canvas is printed, stretched, and quality-checked in 2–5 business days.
4. Delivery — 3–7 business days in transit.

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of your approval. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your canvas ships.

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, email orders@portretti.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we will send a free replacement or refund you. See our Terms for details.

Need to correct a shipping address? Email us as soon as possible — we can update it any time before production completes. Once a package ships, we’ll do our best to help through the carrier.
