Can you use separate or older photos?
Yes. You can send separate photos of each person, or an older photograph. Share what you have after checkout and your editor will help you choose the best starting point.
What if I want something changed?
You work directly with your editor. Up to 10 revision rounds are included, with 20 options in total. You can ask for changes to details, clothing, expressions or the style before approving the artwork.
What is the difference between the formats?
Canvas is stretched over a wooden support, with an optional floating frame. A poster is a paper print, available with or without a frame. The artwork has an oil-painting appearance; both are printed, not hand-painted originals.
When will I receive my portrait?
Free US delivery takes 2–5 days after you approve the artwork for print. The editing process happens before that.
Can I cancel before approval?
Yes. Before you approve your artwork we refund everything you paid above $39 — the $39 covers your editor’s work. Contact your editor in your private studio. After print approval, your custom order enters production.
